on a shape traveling always diet have a really good meals really good workouts and I just want to thank GB for coming here to LA and doing this video with me like he literally flew into La just to do this video here so thanks bro for coming so even though we did this work workout here today for you guys I just wanted to do for the Vlog I'm going to do a proper workout at the gym right now and after the workout at the proper gym I'm also going to do uh some workout at home as well and we're going to continue this Vlog tomorrow all right so now we finished the day of work now I'm just going to go home count some calories and explain how you can do a diet focus on business and still maintain a nice shape a body shape while traveling the world managing your business and doing all of your other stuff and still living your life at the same time basically I use this app here called My Fitness Pal and this app here counts all of the calories for all of my meals and as you can see here uh for lunch I have a pretty good amount of food and if you know how to count your calories properly you can eat a lot of food you don't have to starve and I'm on a 700 calorie deficit and I had a big plate of food every single lunch and every single dinner so the way I manage this is I have lunch and dinner and the lunch I usually have around midday to 2:00 p.m.

And the dinner I have around 7 to 8 p.m. and by doing this I fast until the next day and I'm never hungry like I'm always satisfied I can still work out in the morning do my entire workout be strong I feel strong I feel renovated the next day because by eating 700 p.m. I still have like 3 or 4 hours before I go to sleep so when I go to sleep I still have nice sleep and in the next morning I feel really good to be able to go to the gym in the morning [Music] so just like it shows here on my fitness pal app I'm going to eat now 400 G of chicken breast and 400 G of a sweet potato so that's already 800 G of food and still have our nice salad to go along with it and every single day I have one yogurt of 60 calories This Yogurt here and if I'm not here in America I can find something similar to This Yogurt here anywhere in the world uh chicken breast is very easy to find anywhere eggs also very easy to find anywhere sweet potato also very easy to find anywhere so this is a very easy to do diet and it's also something that I never have to keep thinking about every single day another thing that it's really really important when you're having such a small variety diet you still miss a lot of the vitamins that you need for your body so very important that you include in your diet is something like a 100% creatine like this one here this one is the best brand in my opinion from muscle tech another thing that I included in my diet I don't have the actual container here but I have the packs is called animal pack but basically when you open it it looks something like this and I take two of these every single day it contains every single thing that you need for your body I also include the Brian Johnson's blueprint which contains this so by doing this I have all of the macros that I need to be able to grow muscle and lose fat and I also have all of the vitamins that my body needs to be able to survive so I'm never lacking on anything and this is what 400 G of chicken breast looks like now to some people this might look a bit weird but I can assure you by the end of what I'm doing right now it will look pretty good and look this is the end product this is the salad and as you can see it's broccoli with lettuce and tomato and some Caesar dressing I also include the Caesar dressing in the calorie counter and this is what the sweet potato whiff chicken looks like and I know I know it looks like a bunch of things together but it I assure you it tastes delicious and it also smells really good and I also have here some uh Pepsi Zero I know it's not the most healthy option but um you know now enough of Rees in the kitchen I'm going to enjoy my meal right now this is how I maintain a lean body still while traveling not getting fat eating McDonald's or any kind of those things now let me go eat and I'll speak to you soon so I hope you got some value from this video I hope you learn how to stay fit while traveling there are are no excuses it's all in your mind
