faceless kid animation channels are dead or at least that's what most people think but if that were true why are these channels getting millions of views every single month so what a lot of you guys might not know is that I started YouTube when I was only 14 years old back in 2009 as you can see here on my screen the first video I ever posted to one of my YouTube channels which is this one here it's even in a different language it's 15 years ago now i've posted other videos over the years that have been deleted i've owned tens YouTube channels at this point approaching 100 YouTube channels in my entire life history but the thing is what actually gave me the perspective that I could actually build a real online business was actually YouTube and social media back when I was 14 years old 2009 so I posted this video here teaching my friends how to do something in a social media platform next video I posted was how to install Windows 7 for free and when I did this video here I did it because I wanted to teach people how to do something they kept asking me how to do in real life and I actually knew how to do this so I decided to make a video post it on YouTube i didn't have any expectations and I just posted it to YouTube i didn't show my face it was just commentary me recording the screen and it was actually a faceless YouTube channel this is a faceless YouTube channel i got 200,000 views on this video there are other videos that are hidden here on this channel but the point is I've gone on to build several online businesses on the back of social media and faces YouTube channels in general and now this personal brand YouTube channel that you're watching right now now YouTube was a completely different thing back when I started and it was a lot harder than it is today most of the tools that we use today didn't exist we can do AI content creation nowadays there are platforms for you to edit videos create videos with prompts using chat GPT or maybe inv video AI all of these platforms are now available which they weren't available back when I was just a kid and the potential that YouTube generates is that you can use it to generate views for your own businesses let's say that you have a drop shipping business you can create content to your YouTube channel educating people on drop shipping for example and you can get customers to your own business you can sell your own products you can sell your own services this way you can create a real long-term business on the back of a YouTube channel for example now I have developed a four-step framework that I'm going to be breaking down for you in this video teaching you how to create one of these faceless YouTube channels to create videos about children's animations now I found here an example of one of these children animations videos that you can create using certain AI tools that you can leverage to create the content and make it easier for you to do so so for example if we go into one of their videos here most of their videos they post around one video per month or one video every other month and on their long form videos as you can see they're getting millions of views 1.5 million 4.5 million 4.3 million views so these videos are very popular amongst kids and if you go here to their shorts videos as well they're also posting shorts they're racking in millions of views in their shorts videos as well so even 10 million on this one here as you can see so for example if we open one of their videos you're going to see that they're just telling a story right it's a kid story i'm not going to play it for obvious reasons but I'm about to show you one platform that is going to make it drastically easier for you to create this highquality content tailored to kids simply by giving AI prompts so step one the first thing you need is actually a story for the kids right to be able to create a video you need to be able to tell a story you need to take people from point A to point B and this is done through a story especially when you're talking about kids children animations so to be able to do this I'm going to be using Minimax AI and there are certain risks with using any platform online so when you sign up to a platform that is an AI platform they will ask you for your personal email they'll ask you to create a password for your name and these details could always get leaked so if you do not agree before signing up to any of these platforms mentioned in this video check their terms of service privacy policies if you do not agree with them then go ahead and do not a dog exploring the forest and discovering new things this script should be for a YouTube video niched for kids now just turn off the option search the web and hit enter now just give it some time it's going to think about the answer it's going to give you after it generates the answer review the answer it's going to give you and if it's too complex just type in something like make it simple uh something like a four to sixyear-old can understand okay so now it's finished generating let's go ahead and copy this part here which is the entire script so just copy the video script like this and go ahead and paste it somewhere like in a Google doc for example and after you have the story for the video you can simply proceed to step two now what you're going to be doing is creating the videos from the prompts that we got from Minimax Chat so located down in the text guide in the description of this video you're going to find the link to Halo AI and if you decide to sign up after reading their terms of service and privacy policies this is the platform that we're going to be using to create all of these videos once you're here on their homepage simply create here on create video on the lefthand corner and you're going to find several options here image to video text to video and subject reference and underneath here you're also going to find the models that you can use to create different types of images or videos and basically the way you're going to be doing this is if you're using text to video which you're going to be doing in this video is you're going to go back to your script and you're going to copy the parts where it mentions the characters and you're going to paste it in Halo AI and you're going to hit create but I'm going to give you a few examples because one of the great features of Halo AI is to have character consistency basically it can create the same character throughout the entire story we'll learn how to control camera movements you can click here and it's going to take you to a guide where it shows exactly how you can do this but basically you're going to paste in the prompt you can click here on the camera and you can select what type of camera movement you want in your video okay so as you can see here debut freedom there's also upward tilt left circling right circling left walking downward tilt you can choose what type of camera movement you want in your video just make sure you're selecting the director model here which acts as control camera movements like a professional director okay you can also see here base text to video model in one series if you go here to image to video you can also paste in an image here and turn it into a video and you can also use the same director model to be able to control camera movements in this image to video you can also add a subject reference for example I could upload a picture of myself here and the AI would recognize my face and create characters based on my image for example let's go back here to text to video and let me paste in my prompt this is a prompt that I prepared just to show you the character consistency and I'm going to go here to camera as well and I'm going to select upward tilt boom now I'm going to leave it in the director model and I'm going to click here to generate a video now as you can see here it created my entire thing with the camera movement that I specified and let's say that I wanted to create an image to video and I went here and I took this photo of this cat from Google images and I downloaded it to my computer for example and I go here to Halo AI and I go to image to video I'm able to do the same thing while adding the camera movements as well so for example if I go here in my files and I just drag and drop this here and I specify here the camera movements that I want to add to this video let's see a different one for example stage left let's see what it does and I click here on select the model select the director model this one here is a live live characters smooth vivid and perfect for 2D illustrations so if you're looking for a 2D illustration you can use the second model here there's also the base image to text video which is the normal one but let's say use this one because I want to use the camera movements you can also do here free selection which you can turn track left track right as you can see here pan right pan to the left pedestal up pedestal down you can choose manually what you want the camera to do if you don't want to choose from one of their cinematic shots which I highly recommend so I'm just going to choose from one of their cinematic shots i'm not going to use the manual selection and let's see what the AI does for us now I'm going to click here and generate the video and as you can see here on the left here is our video from our image let's say that you don't want to get an image from Google you want to simply use the prompt that we had before and create an image using Halo AI you can go here on the left on their create image option and you can simply copy the same prompt that you used before to create the first video which is this one down here and you can post it in here and select their image generation feature select the ratio which you want 21 by9 is like a landscape one for videos 16 by9 just select which ratio you want and then hit okay and it will create the image for you it will actually create four different images that you can choose from and as you can see here here are the images that it created for us that we can use to animate this into a video if you wanted to or just create from text to video with the director mode like I'm going to show you next now let's go ahead and add some movement to our videos click here on create video select text to video again and let's give it a specific prompt so it knows exactly what to do so first I showed you how to use a similar prompt specifying the characteristics so the AI knows how to keep the character consistency through every single video that you create this way it makes sure that you're using the same characters throughout the entire story now we're going to introduce a movement into our prompt for example you could either click here on the camera and introduce the movements on the free selection or you can use the cinematic shots or you can simply give it the prompt then say then cut to a wide angle short of the forest okay so if you do this it will also cut to the wide angle and I'm on top of this i'm also going to freeze selection and I'm going to choose the tilt down option as you can see tilt down has appeared here and I'm going to generate this video and it will also create the video tilting down as we specified so here on the right side you can see that it generated a video using the same fluffy cat that we specified before this is because we're using the same prompt with the same character characteristics so if I scroll down here you can see that it's consistent with the same fluffy orange cat that we specified in the beginning now let's say that I want to add to this image here some animation i could simply type in a prompt for example create a 3se secondond animation where the camera slowly zooms in into the dog and the cat with a soft glowing effect in the background and to make it even more interesting we can give it more information for example animate this forest image with falling leaves and soft mist from a peaceful opening scene and if you wanted to you can even choose what type of cinematic shot or free selection you wanted and now I personally think that an upward tilt would look good on an opening scene of them walking towards the camera so I'm going to choose upward tilt and I'm going to click here to generate this image to video okay so as you can see our image to video is now generated and now they're walking towards the camera the camera is tilting up like we specified in the cinematic shots and there's also leaves falling from the trees which looks pretty awesome in my opinion now just by giving the AI the specific prompts from the script that you created before if you use the same prompts same character characteristics and you give the specific commands use the camera control you can create something really really nice now the next part in this video what you need is to create a voice over for your video because they're going to be telling a story and they're going to be talking throughout the video so basically what you need to do is go back to your script and copy only the parts don't copy for example the title copy only the parts where it's specifying either what they're doing or either what they're saying for example bright cheerful intro music plays you're not going to copy this part animation shows a background you're not going to copy this so scene one whiskers stretching bingo you copy this part because this is him talking okay so you can just generate this entire part here you can copy this and if you go back to Halo AI's homepage and you click here on audio it's going to give you the option to create the voice over for your video so basically what you have to do is paste in the part where you want to create the voice over for here on the right side you can choose the voice that you want for this specific video that you're creating so I actually chose this one here captivating female now you can also modify the voice if you wanted to i don't recommend doing that cuz you might mess up the actual voice which is actually pretty good from the start emotion you can change that as well if you wanted to and you can put it happy sad i'm actually going to put it happy leave the speed as one because we're making stories for children so if it's too fast it's not going to go well with children pitch leave as zero and you can change the volume as you want it if you want if you want to make the voice a higher volume you can change it here if you want to make it lower volume I don't recommend doing so because it's going to be too low okay so after you're finished making changes click here generate speech and it should generate your speech and once it finishes you're going to be able to hear it here the backyard's so boring today let's explore the forest bingo wagging tail boom that is your voice over so do this to every single part of your video don't copy this part here which is going to just say scene two intro into the forest you don't need that to be telling the story of your video all you need is them either doing something or talking to themselves now for the next step in this video we need to put this video together we need to put the videos the audio maybe some background music as well to make it sound a little bit nicer and there's two options you can use to do this you can use a free software called Cap Cut which is a really good one or you can simply use something like Premier Pro which is a $20 a month subscription which is the one I use i like Premier Pro so I'm going to use Premier Pro but the process is exactly the same with Cap Cut maybe even easier now once you have your video editor of choice open you're going to see something like this if you have Cap Cut it should should be something like this which as you can see it's almost the same thing basically all you're going to be doing is importing the footage and putting it together it's pretty pretty easy and this is exactly how you do it first you're going to import all of the parts the audio the voice over and the music into the software like this just drag and drop now once you have all of the parts you're going to put them in order the thing that I like about Premier Pro is that I can just select all of them copy from the first one here and it's also going to do the entire order for me just like that and as you can see I already have all of the footage in my timeline now what I'm going to do here is import the voice over down here below the video and I'm going to import also the music of the video below here i think this here is pretty cool so I'm going to cut it here so I'm just going to hit C if you're using Premier Pro when you hit C you're going to use the razor tool which can cut anything select the part hit F or delete then you can simply drag it back down to the beginning okay now we're going to start from the best part of the [Music] song which sounds pretty nice okay so I'm just going to mute the song and listen only to the voiceover narration bingo excited meet Whiskers the clever tabby cat and Bingo the playful golden pup best friends who love adventures okay so this is the first part which I'm going to do is drag all of these down here and I'm going to match the first part with the audio the clever tap now when you put the video together you might run into a error which the audio the narration might be bigger than the actual video so what you have to do here is generate more videos so just go back to the platform and generate even more videos and the way you do that is just by copying the audio part this one and copying into the software again to create a new part where it's representing this okay so just click here generate one or two and then click generate now I'm going to do this to all of the parts of the video okay so once you're finished you should have filled out all the holes of missing footage i just created new footage using the script like I said before for the parts that were missing actually each clip that you create is going to be around 5 seconds so some of the parts since they narrate really slow is going to be for kids obviously we need to create more footage instead of speeding up the audio and instead of just watching in the video like this I'm going to put my video editor to put the video on the screen for you to watch the entire thing right now it's going to be 1 minute 11 seconds okay let me just remind you that you don't have to create 1 minute videos you can create videos up to 1 hour if you wanted to all you have to do is generate a bigger script and generate more footage that's it that's all I have to do okay so let me
